It is not the riding of individual movements, but rather the overall basic knowledge which is necessary not only for dressage but also for all other equestrian disciplines. This video is divided into four separate segments. This makes it possible to view the "Pre-Requisites", the "Training Scale", the "Structure of a Training Session" and the "Basic Exercises" as a separate theme and to use each as a specific training aid. Enlarged photos, superslowmotion and graphic depiction of the footfalls highlight the key factors in the rider's training for dressage.
