Excerpt from Federal Employees' Compensation Sec. 11. That if death results from the injury or from the occupational disease within six years after the injury or the beginning of disability or suspension from work due to such disease the United States shall pay to the following persons for the following periods a monthly com pensation equal to the following percentages of the deceased employee's monthly pay, subject to the modification that no compensation shall be paid Where the death takes place more than one year after the cessation of disability resulting from such injury, or Of disability or suspension from work resulting from such disease, or, if there has been no disability preceding death, more than one year after the injury.
