»Price Regulation in the Railway Sector« The study ties in with the previous price regulation in the railway sector and shows the main developments at national and european level (comp. Directive 2012/34/EC). Furthermore, proposals for development of price regulation will be submitted. The proposals go from a ban on a control of regulated user fees according to § 315 BGB and on a further development of the so called »Leistungs- und Finanzierungsvereinbarung (LuFV)« to a separation of cash flow.
