»Purchasing Cooperations and Article 101 TFEU« The dissertation deals with the antitrust assessment of purchasing cooperations under Art. 101 (1) TFEU. It analyses the economic effects of purchasing cooperations and the buyer power associated with them. It presents the case law and practice of the competition authorities on this topic with a special focus on a critical analysis of the European Commission's Horizontal Guidelines. Based on this analysis, the dissertation develops recommendations for designing legally secure purchasing agreements as well as an analysis model de lege ferenda.
