Apocalypses has fallen, nuclear winter is upon us, yet from the radiation a hero arises. There is only one small problem, this hero likes to eat people. And he must surmount Mutants, Aliens and Zombies before saving the world, along with small details like killing off the Mafia and invading Mexico. Alfonso Donaldson, ex-marine, mercenary and professional assassin who likes to eat the people he kills awakes on the slopes of Pikes Peak, entirely unaware of what has happened to the world. He soon realises, however, that beyond mere survival, this new world offers boundless opportunities. The probem is, to really capitalise on these he needs more influence, and to acheive this he needs to solve everyone elses problems. In the process, it dawns on Donaldson that to really survive, he will have to make himself President of what remains of the United States. And so his quest for personal survival turns into a job whereby he must save the world.
