The change towards the desired state requires the healthcare organizations to move continually and successfully to maintain its survival. Previous literature studies have mentioned the variables that are involved in the change management. However, any adequate attention has not been given to the involved dimensions that have been completed. This book is based on a study that details about the process of change management in the healthcare industry. It is portraying the interactions of the significant variables that affect the change management process and lead to employee development and engagement. As a result, the healthcare industry can opt for customer satisfaction. This study is an attempt to understand the intricacy of the change management process in healthcare industry.Healthcare organizations are in continuous pressure of delivering quality care to its customers. It has been noticed that the business environment is posing turbulent demands to all the healthcare organizations to satisfy the needs of the customers and meet their demands. Various variables and dimensions have been identified in the study to meet these desired efforts and make changes successfully. The present study is an attempt to develop an understanding towards these variables and dimensions and to what extent they are contributing in managing change in healthcare organizations. The study also describes the interaction of discussed variables and dimensions of change management. With this interaction the developed model of the study has been helpful to the healthcare professionals regarding understanding the procedure of change management. This can also be implemented in the system effectively. With the heated-up competition organizations are striving for a successful survival. The customers and employees, both are considered as the valuable assets of the organizations. Thus, a feasible environment in the organization for both of them is needed. Further, this study aims at exploring the role of organizational change in improving the overall environment of the organization in Healthcare industry. It will help in understanding that how change improves the environment of an organization and its stakeholders.
