»The Heirs of the "rei vindicatio" in the Modern Private Laws of Germany, England, and Scotland«: This work explores those claims in the modern private laws of Germany, England, and Scotland which protect (vindicate) ownership against interferences and thus are reminiscent of the ancient Roman law-based action of rei vindicatio.
