A crew of five astronauts is sent to Mars, the Red Planet, to discover the whereabouts of an alleged area where diamonds are believed to be hidden. No one has done such a task before. While on their search they are side tracked by loud 'cheeeeeeeee' sounds and oversized footprints as they come in direct contact with the planet's inhabitants: a giant scorpion, giant ant, and giant serpent who seem to be, of all thiungs: guarding the mines.
