Cybercrime im Rechtsvergleich

Cybercrime is a phenomenon that does not stop at national borders or concepts of sovereignty. In particular, offences connected with cybercrime frequently have multiple links that in turn can involve the jurisdiction of multiple states. As a consequence the issue of jurisdictional conflicts arises. One of the objectives of the First German/Japanese/Korean Symposium on Criminal Law was to find answers to legal questions that inevitably arise in the context of the cybercrime phenomenon. The contributors provide valuable insights into the current debate on cybercrime in various countries. Observations on comparative law facilitate a comparative approach.
