Book of Goat was written with a guided hand and a prayer by Paul Paps the Goat, also referred to as the Guided One and the Unworthy Servant. The book came about in late 2018 when Goat was struck by a lightning bolt of life and saw the Lord's light. The words came to be and were memorized for about two years as Goat fought an uphill battle with his health.
