Bobby Hessberg, a 13-year old Philadelphian on holiday in Atlantic City, literally walks into a beach full of trouble when he makes a shocking discovery that radically changes his young life. Faced with decisions that are difficult for the most mature of adults to make, Hessberg finds himself in the middle of a dangerous escapade which he himself unwittingly creates. In a city where local law enforcement is far from an exact science, Hessberg's actions set off a chain of events with both disastrous and beneficial crime fighting results.
