In their country of destination, building a new life requires them to learn a foreign language and find their way in a new culture. Obviously, their information behavior as well as ICT and digital media usage adapt to these circumstances. What kind of information are refugees looking for? Who do they communicate with? To answer these questions, the contributions gathered in the present volume analyze quantitative and qualitative sets of data collected through an online questionnaire, interviews, as well as a content analysis of an online platform for refugees.
