Excerpt from Annual Report of the Mount Sinai Hospital of the City of New York, 1904-1906It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adopt the alterations in and additions to Articles III and IV of the Constitution as submitted.Mr. Julius Frank made a motion that the thanks of the members Of the Hospital be tendered to the Officers and Board of Directors for their work during the year, and prefaced the motion with a warm endorsement of the Hospital's administra tion. This motion was heartily seconded by Mr. Jacob H. Schiff, who dwelt upon the necessity Of maintaining the high ideals for which the Institution stands.
