Charlie is a young, beautiful girl whose life is empty, her husband working on the other side of the world, where she knows he had a lover. Desperate to bring some life back, she dons her husband's old leather colours of The Spirits motorcycle gang and sets off into the countryside on his motorcycle. There she is pulled over by two other Spirits, who demand she remove the colours, leaving her naked and in their power. In order to prevent them from cutting up the leathers and destroying the motorcycle, she agrees to join the Spirits as an apprentice, despite the fact that she knows they will treat her as a virtual slave.
