Aliza, Aliza was written after the author realized her daughter, among other girls, was dealing with God's definition of true beauty. It's her heart to help parents raise Kingdom Kids! Aliza is a fictional character based off of the author's oldest daughter, who is biracial. Going to the library as a biracial child is not always easy. When searching for books, she never felt like she could relate to any of the characters as it was difficult to find ones who were biracial. Aliza was created for biracial children to have a character they can relate to and connect with.
