This book leads the study of the phenomenon of slavery and other forms of servitude in wich were immersed those who, because of their African or Indigenous ancestry, were made captive and then subjected to forced labor in Charcas (Bolivia) of the 16th and 17th centuries. It enquires in their work experience and in the dynamics of sociability that they carried out, as well as their descendants, in order to integrate a plural and changing scenario such as that of the early colonial times.
