The author was recently honored with the Dr. Radha Krishnan and Mother Teresa Gold Medals. The International Tamil University, Maryland (USA) conferred upon him the honorary title of doctor of letters. Dr. Agnihotri lives in Malerkotla, a historical city in Punjab.
