A study on Indias trade relationship with Safta countries
BücherAngebote / Angebote:
If South Asia as a whole is looked at, India has 75% of the population, 62% of the total area, 81% of the GDP (PPP), and 79% of the GDP (Nominal) of South Asia. However, India's trade with SAFTA countries as a percentage of its total trade has not been very impressive.
Its total trade with the seven countries next to it is less than 3% of its total trade, and its export share has been less than 6.6% since 1995. India's imports are also in worse shape, with shares hovering around the 1.5 percent mark since the time frame above.
