Sardines, herring, crackers, ginger-snaps, condensed milk, olives, pickles. Bolognas, cheese, &c., , &c., All these were packed up in proper quantities in two large wooden chests, and paid for by Treasurer fard. For cook ing and eating utensils, there were tin plates, and dippers, knives and forks, one large coffee-pot, and one trying-pan. Also, tin pails for car rying water, and basins for washing.
