If the Sherman Anti-trust Law has been properly described as a Magna Charta among the Anti-trust statutes of the United States, it appears equally proper to designate the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Clayton Law, taken together, as a Busi ness Constitution, intended to afford fair and impartial protection to the commercial interests of the American people.
