Excerpt from 1996 Illinois Register, Vol. 20: Rules of Governmental Agencies, Issue 39, September 27, 1996Each insurer required by this Part to file an Annual Audited Financial Report must, within sixty (60) days after becoming subject to such requirement, register with the Director in writing the name and address Of the accountant retained to conduct the annual audit set forth in this Part.
